Germination equipment

The germination phase represents a significant part of seedling in greenhouse units, as well as units that aim to develop their own plants from the initial stages. Germination equipment includes germination benches and germination chambers.

Germination bench

The germination bench represents a simple and reliable solution for the first stage of plant development. The bench is made of a galvanized steel metal part and a plastic covering material. It also includes a heating and fogging system, with the appropriate automation for the systems activation. Germination benches can be designed in different dimensions and sizes, depending on the capacity they are required to cover.

Germination chamber

The germination chamber is a more controlled and commercial solution for plant germination. It is a very well-insulated structure, allowing for precise control of temperature and relative humidity conditions, according to the needs of each plant. Inside the chamber, optimal conditions are created to accelerate plant growth, compared to an uncontrolled environment. The chamber features a fog system, a climate control system, and an automation system with sensors to measure critical parameters. Additionally, equipment can be installed, if necessary, depending on the size and needs of the crop, such as air circulation or lighting. The chamber design is based on the needs of the unit, and the installed automation system ensures efficient and rapid seedling development.
